Both, young Hispanic women and men, will learn about an array of issues from a variety of leaders and experts who bring their experiences in fields such as public speaking, applying for college, goal setting, dressing for success, self-awareness and self-care, team building, resume building, civic engagement, women's health and other issues facing young Hispanic adults.
The Miss Borinquen of WNY Leadership Development Program is designed to produce positive role models that exemplify the values and principals of the Latino culture. The contestants are here to celebrate all those that have inspired them to seek avenues to fulfill their need to connect with our Hispanic Heritage. They celebrate their commitment to remain true to our culture by learning the history, customs, and traditions that make us who we are as individuals.

Jr. Grand Marshal Leadership Development Scholarship Program is Now Accepting Applicants Jr. Grand Marshal Leadership Development Program provides fundamental support to participants in their preparation for college or Vocational entrance. The program provides opportunities for participants to succeed in their precollege/ prevocational performance and ultimately in their higher education pursuits. Jr. Grand Marshal Leadership Development Program strives to build well-rounded Hispanic gentleman, community leaders and scholars.
